"I am happy with all bar one aspect of the care given. There is one carer who constantly forgets or is unable to scan in when visiting. The only way I know the visit has taken place is by the reports from the log in. She always says she has not had visits and even when prompted, insisting no one came. With the information from the log, I can usually reassure her that carer has been in."
