ABOUT LOCAL CARE PROVIDER - CAREWATCH - HORSHAM AND CRAWLEY
Provides domiciliary care in the client's own home, as well as in care homes. Can provide emergency, pop-in, daytime, weekend and night time care and a sitting service and can assist with bathing and personal care, dressing, getting up and putting to bed, preparing and cooking food, shopping, cleaning, laundry, nursing, caring for pets and accompanying the client outside the home for shopping, medical appointments, socialising and holidays. May also be able to provide transport to enable the client to get out. Can help existing clients with correspondence but not as a one-off service. Can cater for people with physical, learning, communication and sensory disabilities and people with mental health problems. Is able to cater for the particular needs of people with multiple disabilities, HIV and AIDS, Alzheimer's disease and dementia, severe challenging behaviour and terminal illness. May use male carers.
