ABOUT LOCAL CARE PROVIDER - ADULT SUPPORT AND OUTREACH SERVICE
Adult Support and Outreach provide a domiciliary care service to people who require support in their own homes in the community. Support is available on a one to one basis during day time hours Monday to Friday.
People supported include, older adults who are frail, at risk or have debilitating illness.
The agency is a registered charity organisation. It operates from a community day centre in St Annes. Office hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am-4.30pm.
