"I wanted to write and thank you properly for all you and your colleagues did to support M and myself. He so enjoyed the carers coming in and they were so kind to him. Their visits were a real life line for us and do please pass on my thanks. I am so grateful for the support you gave me in particular. I am sorry I haven't written earlier but today is the first day I have been able to get out to the post having had to self isolate."
