"My Dad returned back to his home from heart surgery and needed support straight after post-operation. I called Bluebird for help as soon as I found out he was returning for 2 weeks of help….12 hours later, James from the team was over at my Dad’s house, tailoring a 2-week package to serve his needs and requirements. He managed to fill the schedule out the next day, and we had an amazing selection of carers visit over the course of the 2 week period we asked for (shout-outs to Debbie, Simone, Janet, Sheena, and Wioletta). I would give it 6 stars if I could."
