I've had a couple of previous care companies both of which were not satisfactory. However I do think I have now found the real deal in Bluebird. They have been so helpful, and kind in my care but also very honouring to their word in a professional capacity.
I would like special recognition for the staff with whom I have been in touch - both supervisors and carers . Even indirectly, the franchise owner and team lead. The latter have dealt fairly and in a way that is honouring; and my care team are all simply lovely! Kind, willing, helpful and stimulating for me as a person.
They make a big difference for me.
I'd definitely recommend if anyone does happen to need care of any sort - they are much better in my view!
