ABOUT LOCAL CARE PROVIDER - GUILD CARE DOMICILIARY CARE
Guild Care Domiciliary Care is registered to provide the regulated activity of personal care, primarily to support older people who want to retain their independence and continue living in their own home. At the time of our inspection, Guild Care Domiciliary Care was providing personal care to approximately 266 people.
Guild Care Home Care provides a range of services to help people in their home with:
Personal care
Assistance with medication
Cooking meals, preparing drinks and snacks
Cleaning the home
Shopping, collecting pensions
Specialist support (eg. dementia care, stoma care, support for rehabilitation)
We offer an individually tailored and personal service for people living in Worthing and the surrounding villages, from Shoreham to Littlehampton. We are CQC (Care Quality Commission) registered and have provided home care services locally since 1994.
Our services can be purchased privately or through a West Sussex County Council Individual budget.
Our services are primarily for older people who are physically frail, have problems with mobility or are housebound and where possible we ensure the same person visits every time. Our highly skilled staff are trained and supported by an organised and committed management team.
