ABOUT LOCAL CARE PROVIDER - HAMELIN TRUST COMMUNITY SUPPORT SERVICE
Hamelin Trust Community Support Service provide a service for children and adults who are living with a learning disability. At the time of our visit five people were using the Community Support Service and about 16 children were using the associated outreach programme. Most support offered is centred around social support and accessing the community. The service can offer support at any time of day including overnight support and 24 hour packages.
