ABOUT LOCAL CARE PROVIDER - HEREFORDSHIRE MIND DOMICILIARY CARE SERVICE
This service provided by Herefordshire MIND provides personal care and support at home for people who have mental health support needs. As a result of requests from people who used the service, the provider had recently decided to change the name of the service to MIND Community Support Team. This was because people felt the name did not reflect their needs. The provider will need to formally tell us about this change so that we can update our information about the service.
