ABOUT LOCAL CARE PROVIDER - NOTTINGHAM SHARED LIVES SERVICE
The Nottingham Shared Lives Service recruits, trains,supports and approves service carers. The service offers Long and short term/respite placements for people who will live with the carer and recieve from them a personal care service. The service also provides day care and kinship care support.
The service currently supports 21 day care, 19 respite and 39 long term placements. The majority of the people who use the service experience some form of learning disability.
