"My child has been cared for more than 10 years. We are parents signed direct payment to help carer and our child but since last 3 years company never provided promised service. When we beg then there is only one answer "Sorry, carer is not available and we do not have other carer if this carer is off-sick or on leave. Since more than 5 years we have been allocated just ONE carer. The carer is no doubt professionally trained, very friendly, trustworthy and reliable but when carer goes off-sick or annual leave then we do not get anyone else. The Manager (G) simply reminds us old email saying.... "We are short of carers (for more than 3 years!!!)...".It could be true but we need service for our child. The company 's profile online suggest exponential increased business getting more borough council's direct payments but on real grounds they cannot serve a long served client. I write this review after very heartbreak as this manager (G) in recent review decline d to continue care for our child in future. There is no serious quality control officer or manager to discuss these issues.

We wonder how they are serving other clients? I would like Smanatha to reply this. I could not find any way to contact her therefore I write this review with some personal details. I do not mean to hurt anyone but please consider my requests as your 'quality commission' put your company under spotlight "advice to improve quality". I strongly believe that the company may be caring about the service, quality and clients but sometime some people take criticism personally rather than correcting service errors.. i.e. if you consistently receive same remarks or emails or calls and as a manager you cannot help or serve. I do not want to leave the company but the manager (G) perhaps personalized this service provision. We as parent always care about our lovely special needs dancing and charming child regardless who helps or not.....but I would like to send a message to company to see if your staff needs professional appraisal or just tick boxing is enough! When an admin assist makes mistakes then manager helps and comforts the clients. But if a manager gets angry or can't find ways to help or improve the service then the company gets bad reputation or could be end of the story."
