ABOUT LOCAL CARE PROVIDER - REABLEMENT SOUTH AND EXTRA CARE
Reablement South is registered with the Care Quality Commission to provide personal care to people in their own homes. The service is designed to help people recover from a period of serious illness or injury which may have resulted in hospital treatment. The service provides a range of rehabilitation, care and support to approximately 40 people at any one time for up to six weeks. The service operates throughout the south area of County Durham.
