Cheshire West and Chester Shared Lives Scheme is registered to provide placements for adults aged 18 and over. The scheme involves carers supporting older people and people with a learning and/or physical disability in their own homes, in a carer's home or to access community facilities/activities for respite/short term/long term placements.
