ABOUT LOCAL CARE PROVIDER - SUPPORTED LIVING SERVICES SOUTH
This service is now called ?Supported Living Services Locality three.? There are 23 properties within Locality three. The network provides accommodation with support in the community for young adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and older people. Staff support people in their own home?s in supported living with support packages based on their individual needs. The service supports individuals to uphold their tenancy agreement and participate in the community.
