ABOUT LOCAL CARE PROVIDER - UNIT 18 HILLSIDE
Unit 18 Hillside provides one to one support within the home environment and the wider community for people over 65 years with a dementia related condition, a physical disability, substance misuse, a mental disorder and a learning disability. The service was originally provided in South Leeds and has expanded into North Leeds.
