All the carers that our parents had were lovely. Whilst they are there to do a job they really spent the time getting to know them and chatting when they could.
Our parents needs changed very quickly from just a morning visit to help them wash etc and cleaning the home. To visits 2 times and then 3 times a day. Their health deteriorated very quickly and the carers readily accommodated their needs.
We don't live close to them so it was very important to us to have the confidence that our parents were happy and in capable hands. If there was ever a problem with our parents they would message or phone me.
