"Since I live remotely from the address where Bluebird Care were providing the care and my stepmother receiving care has dementia and latterly hasn't understood what was happening, my comments are based on occasional insights and reports from neighbours. I gather that the timing of calls could be somewhat erratic at weekends, and that downstairs cleaning was of lower standard than I achieve in my own home. However, my stepmother does seem to have related well to the carers and felt they were friends."
