"My mother was cared for by Lapis Care, but has moved to a residential care home, as her needs have changed. I would like to thank everyone at Lapis Care for the kindness they showed not only to my mother, but to myself as well. They have been very supportive to my mum. When they knew that I found it hard to cope they have been at the end of the phone or with a cup of tea and a friendly chat. I know that my mum was not always the easiest person to help, but they were there with a smile and a hug for her. Again thank you everyone."

ABOUT LOCAL CARE PROVIDER - LAPIS CARE


Founded in 2015 by Registered Nurses Liz and Hazel who believe that honesty, integrity, care and kindness alongside developing and maintaining the relationship with the client and their family are the cornerstone of excellent holistic care. We saw the need for a service with a different approach that is tailored to the individual client but also care and value their staff enabling them to deliver excellent care. We recognise and value our client’s independence and desire to continue to be cared for at home and we are constantly striving to look for new ideas and alternatives; working in collaboration with our local health and social care professionals to provide as seamless a service as possible. Making the decision that you, or a relative, need a care package to support you at home can be a challenging one. There is an array of care providers so how can you know that you have made the right choice? Lapis Care are here to guide and support you through this difficult process, so that you, a family member or friend can feel safe with choices listened to and recognised and that an individual’s independence is being nurtured. To determine your care needs, Liz, Hazel, or a senior member of the care team, will visit you to carry out a comprehensive assessment at no cost and have a chat about your needs. There is no obligation on your part to choose us and we may not feel we are best placed to meet your needs.
