"I am very happy with carers. I have had the same carer for the last year; I was very happy with Peter. In the last 2 months I never know who is coming, the carer is given different times to what is on my sheet. When I occasionally ask for a different time because of a hospital appointment etc. they never seem to get it right. When I phone to ask why late I am told they are on their way. It seems the office staff do not keep track of the information."
