From our head office in Guildford we deliver a Rehabilitation, Nursing and Care service which aims to provide an integrated approach to services within the home.We offer individual assessments for people aged 18 and above and then tailor your needs into a care plan to fit your lifestyle by having a range of care workers, nurses and therapists on our staffing complement.
Services are available for 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. In essence we bridge the health and social care divide to provide a consistent approach to your care.

Maintain people in their own homes for longer
Help prevent unnecessary admissions / readmissions to acute hospital services
Facilitate early discharge from hospital in conjunction with health & social care teams
