So kind and helpful

I would like to thank all the carers who were so kind and helpful to my wife F. They were always cheerful even in difficult in difficult circumstances and always thoughtful of F's comfort giving her plenty of time. The end came quickly after an almost normal day and I don't think she was suffering. It took me by complete surprise. So thank you all once again will miss you all.

Very kind and helpful

Just to say a huge thank you for all the extra care we received the weekend before last. It was a scary time but made bearable by the kindness that we received. The community nurses have been very kind and helpful too - one of them said to G the other day 'I think you are a cat G, you have got nine lives!!' Again thank you for your love and care.

Make you feel value

I have been working for the Salisbury branch for over two months now. Being a live in carer from another franchise, I was a bit nervous not knowing what to expect. From the moment I was picked up from the station I started feeling at home. Then I got to know the manager who is always there for you and helping you to improve your skills. They always make sure they ring you to find how you're getting on. They also make you feel valued, complementing you always when you do something good. You wouldn't regret it if you join this group of friendly people.

Great team player

Everyone at Bluebird is a great team player. They share the same vision and commitment to live by the company vision. I get all the support I need - training, weekly visits, everyone is always available to help 24 hours a week. I have always felt a part of the team even if I am from a different agency. Bluebird Salisbury is multi racial and we all work really well together despite our cultural differences. I have enjoyed working with yourselves, you have trusted me to work on my own (freedom) unsupervised, so I am able to make better decisions, give our clients best service, knowing very well I have the best support ever from the company. There is always room for improvement where I make mistakes because of the professional mentoring I get from management and supervisor. Thank you for all you have done to grow in my career. I am looking forward to working with you in the future.

Bluebird Care

Whilst we are happy with the care provided by your carers, and greatly appreciate their attendance, we were very disappointed by the way the rates increase was introduced earlier this year. A 16-17% increase does not reflect on an efficient management with customer care, we hope as a priority.

Provides good care

I'm sorry to say that although Bluebird on the whole provides good care, the sheer cost of your services is now very difficult for those of us who have to pay in full for this care.

Care went beyond expectations

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for the effort and attention that you exercised to ensure my mother was safe and comfortable. Certainly, this often went beyond what had been originally contracted. If there was a problem you always made contact and immediately made me aware of any care concerns that had manifested. This was much appreciated. I hope very much that I can find opportunities to publicise your services.
