The whole team go above and beyond to ensure I feel valued, listened to etc. The office team always help where they can in ensuring I get regular carers and at the required time. My carers are polite, professional, caring and treat me and my family and home with respect and dignity. All in all I could not wish for a better company to assist with my care. A huge thank you to everyone at the Rye branch.

The team that look after my Mother-in-Law treat her with the upmost respect and care. They are friendly, helpful and genuine. Everything they do is perfect.

I am so grateful to all the lovely Bluebird people who can help in such a variety of ways, from cleaning to kitchen tasks, to computer and iPad glitches, to sorting, organising and labelling paperwork, to escorting me on walks. Especially admirable, is the fact that even though I have usually made a simple To Do list, the Bluebirds are very good at spotting things which need doing (whether listed or not) and just getting on with them. They are good company too!

They are always there when I need them, very reliable. The carers are all amazing and the office staff are great.

Jessica Phillips and her team run a very efficient and well run operation. Going out of their way to make sure clients receive the very best friendly care. My wife has been receiving care for two years and their concerns also extend to my wellbeing.

I feel they saved my life, my carers are honest, trustworthy, reliable, intelligent, hardworking and kind. Both office and carers. It is vital to me to have only a few regular carers who get to know me and be able to support me and not allow me to have to expend energy or get anxious during visits. The office is very efficient and this is important to me.

Bluebird has provided home care to my mum (99 years) for the last 15 months and, more recently my brother (age 70) has been in need of its services. From the outset, the Care Team worked with each of them to identify and develop a care package to suit their individual needs. Both are really happy with the assistance they receive and look forward to Bluebird's daily visits. I'm also very grateful for the help and advice Bluebird has given me, especially over the last few months which have been particularly stressful. My Mum and Brother have recently moved into assisted accommodation and, although there is support on site (also very good), both were really keen to retain their morning visits from the Bluebird Carers. Mum found it very difficult to leave her home of 60 years and has struggled to settle in her new surroundings, so having care and support from familiar faces has been a real comfort to her. Also, my Brother recently had a spell in hospital and now has some additional care needs. Following his discharge home, the Bluebird Team went above and beyond (at very short notice) to put extra provision in place to make sure his new requirements were met. I originally heard about Bluebird Care from a friend - it was one of the best tips I've ever been given. We are al extremely appreciative of the important service and care it provides.

Efficient, friendly, always one jump ahead with regards to my needs, discreet, helps with exercises, excellent cook. Makes nice cup of tea! Helps with gardening. Hope you give her a pay rise!

Who are kind and compassionate.

My mum has end of life care and carers visit 3 times a day (double handed) and two hours twice a week companionship. The carers are all friendly, polite and approachable and the care my mum receives is outstanding and they are always punctual. They keep me involved in every aspect and make me aware of any changes relating to my mum's care, I feel comfortable in their presence and reassured when they leave. My mum is in excellent hands with Bluebird and in turn I have perfect peace of mind and maybe they are unaware of just how much this helps me cope. I will be forever grateful and thankful and fully recommend them to anyone.

Very happy with initial meeting with Viki. Very happy with suggestions Viki made for my Mother's care - good practical advice about care and equipment needed. The carer allocated/introduced/who cared for my mum was outstanding - Olivia was great company, daily personal care was good, managed to get Mum eating, communication excellent.

Bluebird has not only met my high expectations of their care for my Husband but exceeded them beyond measure! All those attending to him were not only extremely competent and respectful, they were people one would welcome as personal friends. It must not be easy sometimes to ensure two people each visit four times a day (or a teammate for the live in carer) but this was managed efficiently throughout, despite changing demands and availability within the service I was constantly made aware that being a good carer calls for personal qualities associated with 'nice people'. The extras were touching, feeling welcome when I visited the Rye HQ (e.g. a cup of tea), finding top level office personnel waiting with hugs when I returned from a round of errands just after my husband passed away, arranging for a spectacular array of flowers shared among different vases and locations and still admired by visitors, helping to pass on post and deliveries to a carer once she had gone... Many thanks to Bluebird!
