"Mum has received excellent care from Willows, Somerset care. All carers that have attended have got to know her well, are kind, caring and respect her decisions. Her Specialist Care Practitioner, Gemma, has been exceptional. Excellent communication, my husband and I are kept informed of any concerns. Daily logs are detailed and highlight medication, eating and general well being. We have been delighted with Willows and could not imagine better carers for Mum."
