Bluebird Care Birmingham North

"I have worked for established businesses and companies previously, but since I've joined Bluebird care East and North I am progressing quicker in past 2 months then in my past 17 working years. The training and support they provide is excellent! The training I asked for its already been put in place without any hesitation. If I need help or advice there is a designated member of staff only a call away, sometimes even at 10pm. Management is always there to listen and support, team leaders are also fantastic support, office members of staff are very approachable no matter what I'm calling about it's never a issue. All my work colleagues are fun to work with. No matter where you from or what you celebrate they will make an effort to celebrate it with you! Which makes you feel like you are member of a big family. They do listen and care about their staff!!! They Really do! And because I am supported I feel happy going to work! I love my job and my lovely clients! I have never been so supported in my previous employments like I am with Bluebird care East and North. They are helping me achieve my dreams and I can't prise them enough. They are Award winning company and that says a lot already. Because I get so much support from Bluebird care I can provide best service possible to all the service users I visit as my knowledge is getting better and wider. So no matter what the service users require I'm getting the training and knowledge to support them which I think is very important. I have done my research before I have chosen to go with Bluebird care and I must say I have chosen wisely, no regrets, honestly I am really , really happy!!!!!! And it's only been few months of my employment. I am looking forward to many more years ahead! THANK YOU BLUEBIRD CARE"
