"My Dad was diagnosed with terminal cancer in July. I contacted a few care agencies to support him in his own home and from the onset pure life care were the most accommodating. The manager was quick to respond and set up care as i had left it pretty last minute. We started off with three visits a day from 1 carer to help with personal care and the carers were all wonderful. I must say a certain young lady became my Dads favourite for her compassion for caring.

After a few weeks as my Dad deteriorated we needed to switch to two carers four times a day. This was organised instantly without question.Faces changed but were equally fantastic. Personally i don't know how they always managed to have a smile on their faces with the hours they work and the situations they have to deal with, but they always did. They kept my Dads dignity in tact and always raised a smile from him even in his last weeks. They were clearly just as upset as us towards his last few days. Thankyou to each and everyone you made our lives and Dads lives a lot easier up until the very end.
