"They were recommended to me by close friends about 18 months ago. I have found them to be well organised with knowledgeable staff who listen to and act upon my requests and those of my family who all live a long distance away. Unfortunately my health has recently deteriorated. The senior staff, Magents and especially Teresa, have been very understanding of my changing needs, they reschedule my daily programmes accordingly. These new routines have helped me tremendously. I find my regular carers are well trained. THey are helpful, kind and understanding as they carry out their daily routine duties, whether they be peronsal caer or of a general nature in the household. Their actions are both safe and capable. I enjoy being able to chat to them in a friendly and respectful manner as we get to know each other."
