"My family and I would like to send our heartfelt thanks to you and the whole team for the outstanding care you have given to our mother over the past 5 years and in particular, this last year when Mum's health and care needs changed so rapidly. Your exceptional and dedicated team of carers, in particular E and S, who have been with her the longest, have gone way beyond the call of duty to meet Mum's care needs, respecting the way she liked things done and supporting her to retain her
independence in as many ways as she could for as long as possible, whilst skilfully navigating all the tasks that were needed in such a kind, caring and loving way. We really appreciate how you all responded over the last few weeks by working such long shifts and coming in on days off at short notice to help Mum and provide the continuity of care that she needed. Thank you too for all the help, support and guidance given to us to meet our needs, particularly over the last few months. You have all been so responsive to sudden requests for additional care, and have been patient with our indecision over what package of care would best meet our mother's needs in our desire to continue to be caregivers too."
