"My sister is disabled and has Dementia. The owners, managers and carers have always provided an exceptionally kind, caring and professional service. Whether it is routine or emergency care it is always totally reliable. This is of great importance not only to my sister but also to myself as I have been unable to visit during lockdown. They have arranged video consultation calls with the Practice Nurse, liaised with thr pharmacy and arranged accompanied hospital visits. They set up facetime on my sister's birthday in order that we could see and speak to each other and bought her a lovely footstool which was most welcome. They have provided a free meal each week which was a very kind thought. They have continued to do an amazing job under the most trying circumstances. I really cannot thank them enough."
