"Thank you for the care and kindness you showed Mum and me during the last couple of months of her life. I know to begin with, Mum was a little uncertain about completely losing her independence, however, you ladies always treated her with dignity, respect and thought. It was lovely to see her smile when you ladies appeared at her bedside. As you can imagine, her passing is a huge loss to the family. Thank you again for everything."
