ABOUT LOCAL CARE PROVIDER - START (WESTON-SUPER-MARE)
The START Service is part of the provision of community services from North Somerset Council. The service is a reablement service for people to manage independently at home following discharge from hospital. It provides short-term intensive support for people to work toward independence.This service is provided for a maximum of six weeks. The agency do not provide any overnight care.
The service is not directly accessible by members of the public.
