ABOUT LOCAL CARE PROVIDER - WESTMEADS EXTRA CARE SCHEME
TLC Homecare staff provide personal care to people who live in self contained apartments in the complex of Westmeads. The complex is situated close to the centre of Royston village. At the time of the inspection TLC Homecare staff were supporting approximately 20 people at Westmeads. There were over 150 members of staff working for the agency, some of who were office based but the majority were care staff that supported people at the complex and in people?s own homes.
